Important Notice on Grade Reporting
As of Fall 2009 the Registrar's Office will no longer mail out student grade reports to in class or online students (Continuing Education and Distance Education students).
View your grades through ACSIS, the Algonquin College Student Information System.
If you require a print copy, please contact the Registrar's Office.

International Fees
International fees apply to funded print-based, video or internet courses for international students residing in Canada.  Part-time off-shore international students will pay Canadian fees with an international premium of $400 per course.  This is distinct from the additional amount charged for postage.

In Distance Education, many courses start each month.

Q&A

How do I obtain a Diploma or a Certificate?
Submit this form to the Registrar’s Office. Remember, you must have successfully completed all of the required courses in a program.

How do I schedule my exam?
In Ottawa, you can take your final exam at the Testing Centre at Algonquin College. Be sure to bring your photo ID. Schedule your exam

Outside of Ottawa, contact your local college or university to set up an exam invigilation.

How do I obtain my final grade for my Distance Education course?
You can refer to the Algonquin College website to obtain your grade online by going to ACSIS, the Algonquin College Student Information System. Note that it takes three weeks after you have written the exam to process your final grade.

Can courses from other accredited institutions transferred to a program (exemption)?
If you have successfully completed other college, university or professional association courses, you may be eligible for a Transfer of Credit (or exemption) from an individual course.

To apply for a Transfer of Credit, please submit this form to the Registrar’s Office.
